To transport agricultural products, we use belt-type trailers dedicated to this type of cargo, manufactured in the Netherlands and Belgium.
They are distinguished by an insulated body with an integrated conveyor belt. From the top, they are secured with a tarpaulin rolled to the side and unloading takes place through a discharge window located at the back of the trailer.
The maximum load capacity of the trailer is 26 tons.
Access to a power source is required to unload the trailer.
The design of the trailer guarantees:
- Damage is minimized during loading thanks to the cascade belt and tunnel with rounded corners; the wide spacing of tunnel brackets improves load flow
- Supervision over the correct distribution of cargo from balconies
- Resistance to vertical pressure during loading due to mounted profiles
- Reduced possibility of undesirable materials sticking to the floor due to the materials used
- No moisture absorption by the body walls
- No wedging of the load thanks to additional elements securing the spaces near moving parts
- Load protection against extreme temperatures – insulation
- Securing the load against movement
